Submissions are now open for 2021 Annual Conference workshop proposals and symposium abstracts. The conference theme is Making valid decisions: Learning from Patient Reported Outcomes. The 2021 Annual Conference will be held 13-16 October 2021, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.* Visit the conference website for further event details.

Submissions related to the theory, methods, and application of health related quality of life research are encouraged but not required for workshops or symposia. Researchers, students, clinicians, regulatory agency professionals, industry representatives, and patient research partners are all encouraged to submit abstracts for consideration.

Workshop proposal and symposium abstract submissions are due 11 January 2021.

* ISOQOL is optimistically planning to hold the 28th Annual Conference in Calgary for October 2021. The ISOQOL Board of Directors will assess the feasibility of an in-person meeting early next Spring 2021. If anything changes, it will be announced to both the abstract submitters and the ISOQOL membership at that time.

The International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL) is a global community of researchers, clinicians, health care professionals, industry professionals, consultants, and patient research partners advancing health related quality of life research (HRQL).

Together, we are creating a future in which patient perspective is integral to health research, care and policy.
