Late-breaking abstract submissions are now open for digital poster consideration at the 2022 Annual Conference. Abstracts will be peer reviewed and subject to selection. Accepted abstracts will be presented as digital posters during the conference and published in the Quality of Life Research Journal Abstract Supplement alongside the traditional abstracts.

All submissions related to the theory, methods, and application of health related quality of life research are welcome. Researchers, students, clinicians, regulatory agency professionals, industry representatives, and patient research partners are all encouraged to submit abstracts for consideration.

Due to the uncertainty of people’s ability to travel during the general abstract submission period, Leadership has chosen not to restrict this year’s late-breaking submission period to abstracts with a specific type of data. Therefore, for 2022 only, ISOQOL will allow regular abstracts to be submitted during the late-breaking abstract period as well.

Deadlines for digital poster late-breaking abstracts are firm and will not be extended.

  • 13 June – 8 July: Submissions open
  • 14 July – 5 August: Review open
  • 15 August – 1 September: Late-breaking presenters accept and purchase registration*

We invite you to submit a late-breaking abstract, or share this message with your colleagues and mentees and encourage them to submit!

*All accepted abstract presenters (including digital poster late-breaking abstracts) must register for the full Annual Conference and present in-person during their scheduled time.
