The journal Quality of Life Research is seeking to recruit three new Associate Editors to begin a three-year term in early 2022.
We are seeking Associate Editors with expertise in a number of areas of quality of life research, specifically orthopaedics, rheumatology, musculoskeletal, neurology, HIV, mental health, rehabilitation, injury and surgery, as well as methodological expertise in clinical trials, response shift, structural equation modelling, item response theory, health services research, public health, qualitative methods and statistical issues in PRO data analysis.
Nevertheless, since the editorial board covers a broad range of quality of life and patient-reported outcomes expertise, we encourage applications from various domains of quality of life research as well as expertise in research methods and statistics.
Eligible persons will be independent and established investigators, will have published scientific works in Quality of Life Research, will have served as a reviewer in good standing for the journal, and will be committed to working on our editorial board team to improve the quality and efficiency of manuscript processing as well as the impact of the journal.
How to Apply
If interested, please send to the Co-Editors-in-Chief at your earliest convenience your curriculum vitae and a cover letter stating your background in quality of life research, your areas of expertise, and your reasons for seeking the role of Associate Editor for the journal.
The submission deadline is 31 January 2022.
