Roundtables, educational workshops and Communicating Science Seminars will be held during the second week of the conference, 18-22 October, and are open for registration.

These live, interactive sessions are a great way to enhance your learning and networking experience at the conference.

Roundtables, workshops and the seminar require pre-registration and the purchase of a ticket. You may register for these events by adding it on to your overall conference registration. View further information and ticket prices below.

Please note: in order to offer as many attendees as possible the opportunity to participate, attendees are limited to one roundtable ticket, one workshop ticket, and one seminar ticket.

Roundtables

Roundtables are informal meetings with limited attendance focused on networking and discussing a specific topic. To accommodate a range of time zones during the virtual conference, there are two roundtables per day – each with a different host – discussing the same topic.
