Registration and access to recorded sessions is available through 30 November.
Register by 8 October for guaranteed access to live sessions of the Virtual Annual Conference.
Conference registration includes ISOQOL membership dues, so you will be asked to sign in and update your ISOQOL Account before proceeding with conference registration. View the Registration Instructions if you have questions about logging in to your ISOQOL Account.

With the 2021 Annual Conference being held virtually, ISOQOL is offering a substantially reduced registration rate which includes membership dues through 2022 for all attendees. Through these reduced rates, it is ISOQOL’s hope to make the networking, collaborative and educational opportunities more easily accessible to those impacted by the pandemic and engaged in health related quality of life research around the world.

2021 Annual Conference Registration Non-Member Rates
All registration rates are in US dollars and include membership dues.
**The Special Member and Special Nonmember Registration Rate are for individuals with an annual income of less than $15,000 USD and/or individuals from developing countries. Click here for a list of eligible countries.
Workshops and roundtables require pre-registration and the purchase of a ticket. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Event tickets can be purchased for an additional fee through conference registration.

Instructions and Information
Payment for registration fees must be made in US dollars. ISOQOL accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Checks are accepted, but must be in US dollars, drawn on a US bank and payable to ISOQOL. Payment by electronic bank transfer is also accepted.

Registration Instructions and Information
Because conference registration includes ISOQOL membership dues, you will be asked to sign in and update your ISOQOL Account before proceeding with conference registration. Passwords can be reset by clicking Login Help.
New users will be asked to create an ISOQOL Account before continuing.
If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you will not need the password to their ISOQOL Account, but you will need to know the email address associated with their account.
By registering for the ISOQOL Annual Conference, I hereby give my consent to be photographed/filmed by ISOQOL staff for purposes of advertising and public display.
Registering/attending this event constitutes consent for the ISOQOL to communicate with you via fax, e-mail, mail, text messaging, instant messaging, and social media to make you aware of products and services.
ISOQOL Attendee List
Please indicate on the online registration form if you allow ISOQOL to INCLUDE your email address and contact information on the ISOQOL Attendee List for distribution to all conference delegates and exhibitors.
Photography, video or audio recording (including screen capture) of ISOQOL courses, sessions, digital materials, or ISOQOL graphics without written permission from ISOQOL is strictly prohibited.
Note that photographs and video recordings taken by or on behalf of ISOQOL is the property of ISOQOL.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
All conference registration cancellations by participants should be made through the event registration website. A cancellation fee is incurred based on the date of cancellation and your registration classification, as follows:
- Cancellations made by 2 August 2021: 10% of total registration costs
- Cancellations made between 2 August and 13 September 2021: 50% of total registration costs
- Cancellations made after 13 September: No refund
Ticketed Events: Cancellation for ticketed events made before 13 September will be granted a full refund. Cancellations for ticketed events received after 13 September will not be eligible for a refund.
ISOQOL reserves the right to cancel any session due to lack of enrollment, speaker cancellation or other factors. If ISOQOL cancels an event, registered participants will be notified by email and will have the option to exchange their ticket for an available alternative, or to receive a complete refund.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be distributed electronically directly following the conference to those who indicated receipt on their registration form.
