Participating in ISOQOL SIGs is an exclusive member benefit. If you are interested in joining a SIG, become a member today!

ISOQOL uses Teamwork, an online project management software, to provide Special Interest Groups (SIGs) with an online community for collaboration and information sharing.

SIGs often send out email notifications through Teamwork for new messages, tasks assigned, or project milestones. If you think you’re not receiving these notifications, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

  • Log in to your Teamwork profile and confirm that your email address and preferences are up to date.
    • Click your profile avatar in the bottom left of your screen and select “Edit my details” from the pop-out menu.
    • Go to the Essentials tab and confirm your email address. Please note that if you make any changes here, you must also update your ISOQOL member profile information to avoid the email address reverting.
    • Go to the Preferences tab and ensure you have alerts enabled as desired. These settings apply across all SIGs you are a member of.
  • Check your spam and junk folders.
  • Add the Teamwork.com domains to your email account’s safe senders list:
    • @teamwork.com
    • @eu.teamwork.com
  • Talk to your IT department. There could be an internal firewall blocking Teamwork emails. You may ask your IT department to whitelist Teamwork’s servers using their email delivery information here.

Thank you for your cooperation, and please reach out to the ISOQOL office with any questions!
