The mission of ISOQOL is to advance the science of quality of life (QOL) and related patient-centered outcomes (PCO) in health research, care and policy. One of the directives of the ISOQOL Membership Committee is to identify groups and regions in the field of health related quality of life (HRQL) who are underrepresented by ISOQOL.

In an attempt to accomplish this task, the Membership Committee has created a survey targeting individuals who qualify for ISOQOL’s Special Membership. Special membership offers the same member benefits and privileges as Regular Membership, but at a discounted rate for individuals who reside in an eligible developing nation or who have an annual income less than $15,000 (USD)/year.

Please help us prioritize and develop resources for this demographic. ISOQOL currently has numerous member-driven groups developing new resources. If you qualify for ISOQOL’s Special Membership we ask you to complete the survey linked below, before it closes on 15 July 2020. Your response to this survey will influence the future development of ISOQOL initiatives.

We also encourage you to share this survey with your colleagues, especially if they are not members of ISOQOL.

If you are unfamiliar with the current resources available through ISOQOL, an About ISOQOL packet is linked below.

The International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL) is a global community of researchers, clinicians, health care professionals, industry professionals, consultants, and patient research partners advancing health related quality of life research (HRQL).

Together, we are creating a future in which patient perspective is integral to health research, care and policy.
