Badges

Each in-person attendee will receive a name badge upon check-in at the Annual Conference. Your name badge is the official conference pass and should be worn at all times during the meeting. Name badges are required for entry into paid/ticketed events, as well as the conference lunches Thursday through Saturday.

Business Center / Printing

While the hotel does not have a traditional business center, the front lobby has a computer and printer available to guests staying at the hotel.

ISOQOL Staff cannot offer assistance with onsite printing.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be distributed electronically directly following the conference to all registrants. Those who require a physical certificate can request one during the conference at the registration desk.

Certificates of Presentation

Certificates of presentation will be distributed electronically directly following the conference. Presentation certificates are issued to the presenting author for general abstracts only, provided that they attend the conference in-person. Those who require a physical certificate can request one during the conference at the registration desk.

Coat Check

Given that most of our attendees are staying at the conference hotel, ISOQOL does not accommodate coat or luggage check at the registration desk. Attendees are responsible for their belongings.

Coffee Breaks

The conference registration fee includes two coffee breaks daily on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Coffee will be served in the Atrium.

During the Annual Conference, staff members are available to assist you onsite at the registration desk during operating hours.

The United States uses the U.S. Dollar (USD) as currency.

ISOQOL accepts credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) processed through PayPal. ISOQOL also accepts cash (USD). If you wish to pay by check, please note that checks must be in U.S. Dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to ISOQOL.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Exhibits are open on Wednesday during the Welcome Reception. They are also open Thursday – Saturday during the coffee breaks and lunch break.

Guests and Children

ISOQOL asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2025 Annual Conference.
Sessions at the conference are restricted to registered attendees only.

Language

English is the primary language of the United States and the official language of ISOQOL. All presentations will be written and presented in English.

Lunch Breaks

The 2025 Annual Conference registration rate includes buffet lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Buffet lunch is served on flow during the break. The lunch is scheduled for 1 hour and 45 minutes to help attendees maximize break times to include other scheduled meetings in the conference program.

By registering for the ISOQOL Annual Conference, you hereby give consent to be photographed by ISOQOL staff for the purposes of advertising and public display.

Session content is copyright-protected by ISOQOL. Recording of any session (including screen capture) without the consent of ISOQOL is prohibited. Any recording made with the consent of ISOQOL is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed.

Registration

2025 Annual Conference in-person registration includes:

  • Access to scientific content from Thursday through Saturday – including all plenary sessions, oral sessions, poster sessions, and symposia
  • Access to the exhibit area and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening

2025 Annual Conference virtual registration includes:
