Each attendee will receive a name badge upon check-in at the symposium. Your name badge is the official symposium pass and should be worn at all times during the meeting.

Certificates of Attendance

The ISOQOL office will provide Certificates of Attendance upon request. Email requests to info@isoqol.org.

During the symposium, staff members are available to assist you at the registration desk during operating hours.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

All symposium registration cancellations by participants should be made through the event registration website through your unique confirmation link sent to your email address. A cancellation fee is incurred based on the date of cancellation and your registration classification, as follows:

  • Cancellations made by 15 May 2020: 10% of total registration costs
  • Cancellations made between 16 May 2020 and 30 June 2020: 50% of total registration costs
  • Cancellations made after 30 June 2020: No refund

ISOQOL shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Westin Cancelation policy

Guestroom cancelation must occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival date. If guest does not check-in or has not cancelled the reservation within 24 hours and obtained a cancellation confirmation, a no show fee of (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Coffee Breaks

The symposium registration fee includes one coffee break daily on Monday and Tuesday. Coffee will be served in the Monticello Foyer outside the general session room.

Guests and Children

ISOQOL asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2020 Measuring What Matters Symposium.

Sessions at the symposium are restricted to registered attendees only.


English is the primary language of the United States and the official language of this meeting. All presentations will be written and presented in English.

Valet parking is $55 per night; oversized vehicles are $65. Daily valet up to 4 hours is $22; up to 8 hours is $31 plus applicable taxes.


2020 Symposium registration:

Registration includes full access to symposium content, one coffee break daily, the welcome reception on Monday, plus continental breakfast and a boxed lunch on Tuesday.

Payment Information

Payment for registration fees must be made in U.S. dollars. ISOQOL accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Checks are accepted, but must be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and payable to ISOQOL. Payment by electronic bank transfer is also accepted. Contact the ISOQOL Office at info@isoqol.org for bank transfer details.
