What is Included in Conference Registration Rates?

  • All registration rates include access to all scientific content from Thursday through Saturday - including all plenary sessions, oral and poster sessions, and symposia. 

  • Access to the exhibit area and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening.

  • Additional conference events such as SIG and Committee Meetings, ISOQOL Member's Business Meeting and Awards Presentation, and the Mentor/Mentee Reception are also included in your registration fees.  We do, however, request that you sign up for these events in advance on the registration form.

Introduction to Patient-Reported Outcomes (IPRO) Course

Course registration includes: materials, copy of official ISOQOL Dictionary, and lunch. Certificates will be issued to participants upon completion of the course evaluation.

Payment Information

Payment for registration fees must be made in US dollars. ISOQOL accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Checks are accepted, but must be in US dollars, drawn on a US bank and payable to ISOQOL. Payment by electronic bank transfer is also accepted.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

ISOQOL reserves the right to cancel any event due to lack of enrollment or other factors. In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be notified by e-mail and will have the option to exchange their ticket for an available alternative, or to receive a complete refund.

All registration cancellations by participants must be received in writing and all refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference. Registration cancellations received prior to 11 August, 2017 will be charged an administration fee of $100 ($50 for students), registration cancellations received between 11 August and 11 September will be charged an administrative fee equal to 50% of their total registration costs. Cancellations received after 11 September will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation of a workshop or Closing Dinner ticket will result in an administrative fee of $50 ($20 for students) per ticket, if the request is received in writing by 11 September.  Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

ISOQOL shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Lunches are non-refundable.

Cancellation notices should be directed to the ISOQOL Office at info@isoqol.org.

Letters of Invitation

If requested, the ISOQOL Office will send you a letter of invitation. It should be understood that this letter is only to help participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of ISOQOL to provide financial support. Due to the fact that consulates and embassies need a lot of time to process a visa request, we advise you to ask for a letter of invitation at your earliest convenience.

To request a letter of invitation, e-mail the ISOQOL Office at info@isoqol.org. Please include the full name, postal, and e-mail address of each individual requesting a letter of invitation. Be sure to also include the embassy or consulate to which the letter should be addressed.  Letters of invitation will be e-mailed to the requesting individual, NOT to the embassy or consulate. Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing your request.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be distributed electronically directly following the conference.
