Hotel Accommodations

ISOQOL's 14th Annual Meeting will take place at the Sheraton Centre Toronto, 123 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2M9 Canada, Phone (416) 361-1000. ISOQOL has arranged a special sleeping room rate of $220.00 CAD for a single/double per night plus tax in the Main Hotel and $280.00 CAD single/double per night plus tax on the Club Level. Located in the financial and entertainment districts, the CAA/AAA Four Diamond Sheraton Centre Toronto is connected to PATH, a 16-mile underground network of shops and services. Shopping, theatre, world-class dining, and Toronto’s best attractions are literally steps away. All guestrooms and suites have been redesigned, featuring the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper (sm) bed. Club Rooms offer another level of service with an array of upgraded amenities and access to the 43rd floor Club Lounge.

You may reserve rooms at the discounted rate through September 20th (please note this is subject to room availability). Discounted rates will apply to stays at the hotel from the night of October 5th to the night of October 17th (please note this is subject to room availability).

Transportation

Toronto Pearson International Airport is 27 kms/16 miles from downtown Toronto, approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Approximate taxi fare to downtown is $35-$40 (CAD). Reminder, all air and sea travelers are required to have a passport to re-enter the United States after traveling to Canada as of December 1, 2006. Scholarship Information

ISOQOL is pleased to offer scholarships for the 2007 Annual Conference. We encourage attendees to submit their application for the following scholarships (click on the type of scholarship you are interested in to download the application):

1. Developing Countries - Scholarships up to $3,000 US per person are awarded
2. New Investigators - Scholarships up to $1,000 US per person are awarded

The deadline for submitting applications for Scholarships is May 11, 2007.

ISOQOL Leadership

All cancellations must be received in writing and all refunds will be paid after the Conference. A $50 fee will be assessed for cancellations received by August 10. 50% of the total amount will be refunded if cancellation is received by September 12. 25% will be refunded if cancellation is received by October 3. Cancellations received after October 3 will not be eligible for a refund.
