ISOQOL has arranged a special sleeping room rate of $220.00 CAD for a single/double per night plus tax in the Main Hotel and $280.00 CAD single/double per night plus tax on the Club Level. | Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing and all refunds will be paid after the Conference. A $50 fee will be assessed for cancellations received by August 10. 50% of the total amount will be refunded if cancellation is received by September 12. 25% will be refunded if cancellation is received by October 3. Cancellations received after October 3 will not be eligible for a refund. |
